In one room there is a small room and an even smaller one. You can look through the walls and walk, or take the almost labyrintic path. Photos hang distributed on paper strips that form the walls, for these there seems to be no outside or inside, but they invite you to take a closer look. The world now. Photos taken by Elena Hofmeister during her one-year stay in China hang in the Galerie Au in Munich. Different worlds that Katharina Stumm brings together very sensitively.

In the upper room of the gallery, the fusion of the worlds, with a emphasis on the location, the autumnal Munich, is somewhat brutar. With alluvial wood and abstracted photos, the world now gets a morbid aftertaste, which is supported by the video beamed in a continuous loop on a paper strip curtain.
