With Get your sequence, you regularly receive artworks in the form of postcards sent to your home. The artist translates her experiences, insights and feelings into art in the format 10.5 x 14.8 cm. These unique pieces are a documentation of Katharina Stumm’s life, a kind of analogue Instagram, if you will. The artworks inspire, surprise, bring joy, make you dream and reflect.
Sometimes the centre of her life is in Berlin, London or the mega-metropolis of Cairo, sometimes she lives in a solitary house on the Algarve coast.

Wanderlust is satisfied
With these 55 works, Katharina Stumm once intervenes in the pictorial representation of architecture in California in the 1950s, and in addition in the dream of being able to take away the feeling of the Dolce Vita simply by building a house. The motifs are taken from the book Mediterranen to Modern and reworked with ink, chalk and acrylic.
The accompanying book, published in an edition of one hundred, contains one handmade page each that tells of dreaming of the beautiful places.
The pictures are available bound as a book, in an edition of 100 with an individually designed page, or as a digital print up to size DinA1.
